I understand extensive screen time and technology use impacts our brains and cognitive functionality impairing our natural skills and creativity, so I pledge I will set a boundary for it and instead of being addicted to digital technology and Social Media, I will plug in my brain to some natural activities like writing, musing, designing, crafting, enjoying beauty of the nature, or shaping anything on daily basis.
